FRASER PRECIOUS
CEO | FOUNDER
Fraser Precious is a British award-winning producer, director, writer, actor and musician with over 15 years of experience across film and television. Before transitioning into filmmaking, Fraser enjoyed a successful career as a classical musician, performing with symphony orchestras around the world, most notably with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra at the Sydney Opera House. In 2014, he founded Precious Life Films in Los Angeles, where he continues to develop and produce original projects across multiple genres.
Drawing from his own life experiences, Fraser created the award-winning short film A Precious Life, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and explores themes of mental health and homelessness. Earlier in his career he wrote, produced, directed and starred in the television comedy pilot Jet Loungin, before later writing, producing and starring in the feature film Indulgence, released across major platforms in the UK. Fraser went on to make his directorial feature debut with the action-thriller Safeguard, which received an international release across major platforms. Fraser continues to develop a slate of new film and television projects through Precious Life Films, focused on powerful and thought-provoking stories.
JENN ROGAN

Jenn Rogan is an Emmy-nominated and two-time Leo Award-nominated Producer with over 16 years of experience across film, television, animation and live events. She has collaborated with major global partners including Netflix, Disney, Lucasfilm, Warner Bros and Peacock, delivering award-recognised projects seen by audiences worldwide. Jenn has developed multiple television series and feature films and presented projects at international markets and festivals including Sundance, AFM, Kidscreen and Annecy.
Jenn's work spans the full creative lifecycle, from development through production, post-production and marketing. Jenn has led multidisciplinary teams, built budgets from the ground up as well as supervising VFX and animation pipelines. She began her career in theatre and live events, producing large-scale productions for live audiences and is known for balancing strong creative instincts with a clear understanding of the global marketplace.
DWAYNE HILTON JR
PARTNER | PRODUCER | DEVELOPMENT
Dwayne Hilton Jr is a partner and producer at Precious Life Films, where he has been actively involved in the development, packaging and production of feature film projects . With a hands-on approach to filmmaking, Dwayne contributes across multiple stages of production, including casting, creative development, and strategic positioning of projects for the international market. He is currently attached as a Producer on the upcoming feature film Skelton Island, a commercially driven sci-fi action thriller in development.
Bringing a strong background in performance and storytelling, Dwayne offers a unique creative perspective that enhances character development and on-set collaboration. His understanding of narrative and audience engagement supports the company’s focus on delivering compelling, market-ready films. As part of the Precious Life Films team, he continues to play a key role in shaping projects from concept through to execution.
DANIEL GUEVARA
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Daniel Guevara is an Executive Producer at Precious Life Films, where he plays a key role in the strategic and commercial development of the company’s slate. With a strong focus on financing, partnerships, and long-term growth, Daniel works closely with the team to identify investment opportunities and structure projects for maximum market viability. His involvement spans early-stage development through to production, ensuring each project is positioned with a clear path to financing, distribution, and return.
Bringing a business-driven approach to filmmaking, Daniel specializes in aligning creative vision with commercial strategy. He supports deal structuring, legal coordination, and investor relations, helping to build sustainable frameworks around each production. As part of Precious Life Films’ leadership team, he is instrumental in securing partnerships and driving projects forward with a focus on scalability, audience reach and long-term value.
MEGAN PRECIOUS
CO-FOUNDER
Megan Precious, originally from the Netherlands, has enjoyed a rapid rise within the film industry and plays an integral role across all productions developed through Precious Life Films, supporting both the creative and business sides of the company’s projects.
Megan began her career as a highly skilled watchmaker, working with some of the world’s leading luxury watch brands while also running several independent businesses. She continues to bridge the watch and film industries, developing partnerships across marketing, investment, and product placement initiatives.
Megan has been closely involved in the development of all Precious Life Films projects, helping ensure each production maintains the highest standards, strong production value and collaboration with leading partners across the film and television industry.
RAY DAVIES
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Ray Davies is an experienced executive producer and distribution consultant with over 20 years of experience across the film industry, playing an integral role in the business operations, strategic planning and development activities of Precious Life Films. With a strong understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of the industry, Ray brings valuable insight into project development, distribution strategy and the practical realities of bringing film and television projects to market.
Originally from Cardiff, Ray has been involved in the development of numerous feature films, television series, and creative projects in a variety of capacities. He is particularly passionate about discovering new talent, projects and stories, helping guide them through development and positioning them to realise their full potential within the global film and entertainment industry. Through his work, Ray continues to support the growth of emerging projects while helping shape the long-term vision of Precious Life Films.
