Fraser Precious is an award-winning producer, director, writer and actor, with 20 years of experience across film, television, documentaries and music. Fraser has independently developed, produced and delivered multiple projects from concept through to international distribution, including the Cannes-premiering short film A Precious Life, based on his experience as a classical trumpet player where he ended up homeless, struggling with mental health issues. Alongside making a Comedy pilot and producing various TV shows, docs and music videos, Fraser went on to write, produce and star in his first feature film Indulgence, followed by his directorial feature debut Safeguard, a bi-lingual Japanese inspired action thriller, released across major platforms worldwide.
Fraser's work demonstrates a proven ability to take projects from concept through to global audiences across multiple formats. Known for his hands-on, end-to-end approach, Fraser consistently brings projects to life from the ground up delivering cost-effective, investor-focused productions by strategically leveraging global tax incentives and production efficiencies. This forward-thinking, innovative approach to filmmaking supports a wide slate of high-concept projects designed to resonate globally, perform strongly in today’s marketplace and define a new era of cinema.

Steven Gray is Chief Marketing Officer of Precious Life Films, bringing strategic relationships, commercial insight and marketing expertise to the company’s growing slate of film and television projects. Working alongside founder Fraser Precious, Steven connects production planning with investor relations, brand partnerships and audience development. His focus includes securing commercial support, developing product placement opportunities and building partnerships that serve each project’s creative vision and release strategy.
Steven’s relationships span advertising agencies, media buyers, publishers and promotional partners, with access to a publisher and affiliate network reach of more than 58 million U.S. adults. Through these resources, Steven helps coordinate digital promotion, publicity and community engagement to connect projects with their audiences. Steven's approach combines cost-conscious marketing with strategic partnerships, supporting Precious Life Films from development through distribution.
MEGAN YOUNG

Megan Young is a co-founder and producer at Precious Life Films, where she plays a key role across the development, packaging and execution of the company’s film and television slate. Originally from the Netherlands, Megan has established herself as a dynamic and versatile force within the business, working across both the creative and commercial aspects of production.
With a background in luxury brands and watchmaking, Megan brings a unique strategic perspective to each project, while actively involved in shaping projects from early development through to production, contributing to casting, partnerships, and overall market positioning. Megan's experience working with globally recognised brands has enabled her to build strong relationships across multiple industries, which she leverages to support brand integration opportunities. Megan's ability to bridge creative storytelling with strategic partnerships makes her a key driver behind the company’s expanding slate and long-term vision.
RAY DAVIES
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Ray Davies is an experienced executive producer and distribution consultant with over 20 years of experience across the film industry, playing an integral role in the business operations, strategic planning and development activities of Precious Life Films. With a strong understanding of both the creative and commercial sides of the industry, Ray brings valuable insight into project development, distribution strategy and the practical realities of bringing film and television projects to market.
Originally from Cardiff, Ray has been involved in the development of numerous feature films, television series, and creative projects in a variety of capacities. He is particularly passionate about discovering new talent, projects and stories, helping guide them through development and positioning them to realise their full potential within the global film and entertainment industry. Through his work, Ray continues to support the growth of emerging projects while helping shape the long-term vision of Precious Life Films.
